"Tess is the first professional to take time to work with me to figure out how to create symmetry between the left and right side of my face since I experienced facial paralysis from Shingles (Ramsay Hunt syndrome) in Nov 2019. She spent time looking at how my face moves and doesn't move when I talk, smile, grimace, and more. She created a plan and walked me through her thought process. She offered to work in sessions so we could see how each application was working with my face (vs one big application that may or may not work as intended). And she suggested working conservatively so as not to overdose areas causing more asymmetry. She also listened to my story and was reassuring to me that we would find the right placements to achieve symmetry. I appreciated her expertise, but also that she treated me as a human with feelings and emotions, and genuinely wants to help me to feel as close to "normal" as possible. "Tess is amazing. I’ve known her for over a decade. She is a great practitioner. I have had Botox at different places and she is by far one of the best. Tess takes her time, marks exactly where she will be injecting, discusses the amount to units she will use at each site and pricing. She draws up her medication in front of you. I am very happy with my results. I love the before/after photos. She has you come back in two weeks to make sure everything is to your liking as certain muscles can be stronger and require more units. If you are looking to be frozen or unnatural looking this is not the place for you."
"Tess listened to everything I wanted and gave me even better results than I was hoping for! My lip fillers gave me a natural plump that I was looking to have. The Dysport treatment she highly recommended for my “Botox” treatment and I don’t regret anything. Dysport treatment is a fast acting so when I have it injected in my jaw to help with my TMJ I only have to wait 2-3 days to feel relief apposed to 2 weeks. If you are considering having anything cosmetic done Tess is your girl!!"

I have gone wherever she goes (2 other places) thank goodness she has her place now because she is the only one I feel 100% comfortable with injecting Botox in my face. I have chronic migraine and received Botox from the neurologist APRN dropped my frontalis muscle and I will NEVER let them touch my face again. I have them inject everywhere except the facial injection points and wait for Tessa to do those! She is meticulous and never makes me look frozen or plastic!!! "To say Tess was phenomenal would be an understatement! I needed Botox for new onset of TMJ. She was very flexible with my schedule and got me in quickly! I was particularly nervous as this was my first time getting Botox. Tess was extremely thorough and talked me through the entire procedure. She even showed me a diagram to help me understand why I needed Botox in one site rather than what was recommended by my dentist. Not to mention, she was much more affordable than the dentist who initially recommended Botox. She was so fast and gentle! I barely felt it and she was done in less than 5 minutes. Her years of medical experience and knowledge- base is reflective in her bedside manner and how she educates her patients. She even called me after the procedure to reiterate the instructions and to make sure I felt okay. Side note- my pain subsided within 24 hours! I will definitely refer everyone to Tess!
